Chicken bacon Ranch casserole


3 chicken breasts washed, dried, and chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of paprika
½ teaspoon of salt (discount code: LOWCARBLOVE)
¼ teaspoon of pepper
4 ounces of Cream cheese softened
2 ounces of mayonnaise
2 ounces of sour cream
½ tablespoons of dried parsley
½ tablespoon of Garlic Powder
½ tablespoon of Onion Powder
1 cup fiesta blend or any shredded cheese
6 to 8 bacon strips cooked and chopped


Preheat oven to 375.
Wash and dry the chicken.
Toss in the olive oil then seasons with paprika.
Lay in baking dish.
Melt cream cheese and add sour cream, mayo, and the remaining spices.
Cook bacon and add half to the cream mixture.
Spread on top of layered chicken.
Sprinkle cheese and then the rest of the bacon.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
