This keto phalli cheese steak is a recipe that we came up with on our own – and is one of our favorites! It is delicious, and also super easy to make. You can customize this recipe easily according to your individual tastes.

INGREDIENTS

Philly Steak

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1/4 Onion chopped
  • 6 Slices of deli purchased cheese we use Sharp White Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester Sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

90 Second Bread

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 1/4 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese grated

INSTRUCTIONS

Philly Steak

  • Brown beef in pan.
  • Add chopped peppers and onions.
  • Stir for 2 to 3 minutes and add beef broth and Worcester Sauce.
  • Stir until well mixed and broth is gone.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay cheese slices on top and melt.

90 Second Keto Bread

  • Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk together until combined.
  • Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  • Remove from the microwave and allow to cool for a minute or two.
  • Cut bread in half like a bun (each side will be thin).
