Mouthwatering Blueberry Chaffe’s are delicious and full of yummy blueberry flavor.

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 tsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 squirts liquid Pyure Sweetener (can sub 3/4 tsp other sweetener such as Monkfruit powdered)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt


  • Turn on waffle or chaffle maker. I use the Dash Mini Waffle Maker. Grease lightly or use a cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the blueberries
  • Cover the dash mini waffle maker with 1/2 of the batter then sprinkle a couple of blueberries on top. Close the mini waffle maker and cook for 4 minutes. Remove the chaffle from the waffle maker carefully,
  • Repeat the steps above.
  • Serve with sugar-free maple syrup, whipped cream, or keto ice cream.
