INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare Lavash Rolls:
Lay out the Lavash Roll slices on a clean surface.
Add Taco Filling:
Spoon the cooked and drained taco meat onto the Lavash slices, spreading it evenly but avoiding the edges.

Starting from one edge, tightly roll up the Lavash slices with the taco filling inside.
Slice and Arrange:
Cut the rolled-up Lavash into 2-3 inch pieces.
Spray a round iron skillet or cake pan with cooking spray.
Arrange the sliced rolls in the pan.
Top with Cheese:
Sprinkle additional shredded cheddar cheese on top of the arranged taco roll-ups.
Bake:
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake until the rolls are brown and crispy. This typically takes around 15-20 minutes.
Serve:
Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
