Keto Pecan Turtle Candy (Sugar-Free & Low-Carb)

Indulge in the heavenly goodness of these sugar-free and low-carb homemade pecan turtle candies. Get ready to share, or maybe fight for, the very last piece because these treats are irresistible! This recipe is not only easy but incredibly delicious too.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • ¼ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Swerve Granular Sugar (or regular erythritol)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • ½ Cup Lily’s Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, gently brown the butter over medium heat, being cautious not to overcook.
  2. Once the butter turns a light brown color, add the cream and stir.
  3. Incorporate the Swerve (or erythritol) and vanilla, then cook for 3-5 minutes until the mixture thickens and blends fully.
  4. Remove from heat, add in the chopped pecans, and mix well.
  5. On a parchment-lined tray, portion out 6-8 clusters of the caramel pecan mixture.
  6. Allow them to freeze for approximately 30 minutes until they set.
  7. In 30-second intervals, microwave the chocolate until it melts, and then drizzle it over the caramel pecan clusters.
  8. Freeze again for 5 minutes to solidify the chocolate.
  9. Store any leftover candies in the refrigerator or freezer.
