Ingredient for keto cheese chips with Bagel seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the cheeses, 1 TBSP of everything bagel seasonings.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Using the ice cream scoop measures out each chip.
  6. Drop each scoop full on the lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-10 minutes.
  8. (Or until brown / crispy.)
  9. Make sure not to burn.
  10. Top off with 1 TBSP of Everything seasoning on top of each cheese chip
  11. Makes 24 chips
  12. Store left overs in fridge or airtight container.
