These chips are super easy to make and are quite delicious as is or dipped in salsa! 😋
You can use any thinly sliced cheese. I chose Colby Jack because it has zero carbs.

RECIPE – Makes 24 chips
6 slices of thinly sliced Colby Jack cheese
seasoning of choice

STEPS:
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cut the cheese into 4 triangles.
3. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and spread apart.
4. Bake for 35 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with your desired seasoning. *I sprinkled half with ranch seasoning and the other half with Pork King Good Taco seasoning.
*Cheese will crisp as it cools.
