Ingredients
7 large eggs
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbs erythritol
1 1/2 cup (190g) Cheddar cheese (grated)
1 cup almond flour
Directions
1. Preheat the oven at 350° for 10 minutes (enough time to mix the ingredients)
2. Put the eggs in a bowl and mix with a beater until the eggs become a bit frothy.
3. Add the salt, baking powder, erythritol and almond flour. Mix it well.
4. Add 1 cup grated cheese and mix well by hand.
5. Spray the bread pan with some olive oil and pour the bread mix into the pan.
6. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top of the bread mix.
7. Put it in the oven and bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
While you are waiting for the bread to bake, prepare the burger patties.
Beef Patties Ingredients
450 g ground grass-fed beef
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink salt
Pinch of black pepper
Directions
1. Mix the ground beef with the mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
2. Make small, palm-size patties.
3. Preheat a large pan greased with ghee and add the patties once hot.
4. Turn the heat down to medium and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with
2 slices Keto cheese bread (per serving)
1 tbsp mayonnaise (per serving)
1 slice of cheddar cheese (per serving)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Any cruciferous leafy vegetable of choice
Directions
1. Layer the burger: leafy vegetable, patty, cheese, mayonnaise and mustard.
2. Put the other slice of bread on top.
