Low Carb Choc Chip Cheesecake Bars

2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup brown swerve
1 tap baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup Lilys Chocolate chips
Cheesecake:
8 ounce cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup powdered swerve
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
Stir flour, coconut, brown sugar, baking powder and salt together. Beat in egg, butter and vanilla. Stir in choc chips. Place 2/3 of batter into 9×9 pan. Bake 325° for 15 min. Cool.
Beat cream cheese, add in swerve when fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Then add HWC. Pour onto crust. Crumble the remaining cookie dough on top. Bake 325° for 25 to 30 min. Cheesecake will just be starting to brown.
