Cajun Air Fryer Chicken Thighs are quick, easy, and bursting with flavor! You’ll have super juicy, tender chicken ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 small chicken thighs1 pound; bone in, skin on
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  • Pat chicken thighs dry and trim any loose skin or pieces. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees for 3 minutes.
  • Lightly spray chicken with oil and spread with your hands. Sprinkle on Cajun seasoning and rub into all nooks and crannies.
  • Cook chicken 7 minutes, flip and continue cooking another 7-8 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout.
  • If you prefer super crispy skin, flip and broil for a minute.

Notes

If you prefer super crispy skin, end the cook with 1 minute under the broiler, skin-side up.
