- 3 small chicken thighs, 1 pound; bone in, skin on
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Pat chicken thighs dry and trim any loose skin or pieces. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees for 3 minutes.

Lightly spray chicken with oil and spread with your hands. Sprinkle on Cajun seasoning and rub into all nooks and crannies.

Cook chicken 7 minutes, flip and continue cooking another 7-8 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout.

If you prefer super crispy skin, flip and broil for a minute.
