Feta and bacon stuffed garlic chicken.

πŸ”»8 tablespoons olive oil
πŸ”»2 teaspoons lemon juice
πŸ”»4 cloves crushed garlic
πŸ”»1 tablespoon dried oregano
πŸ”»salt and pepper to taste
πŸ”»4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
πŸ”»4 slices feta cheese
πŸ”»4 slices bacon, fried and drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl combine the oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix together.
Stuff each chicken breast with 1 slice feta cheese or crumbles and 1 slice bacon or crumbles. Secure open sides with toothpicks.
Place chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour oil mixture over chicken. (I like to put a little inside as well.)
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 35 minutes.
