4 eggs
1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
4 tbsp butter
Toppings
3.5 oz deli ham
3.5 oz gouda slices
2 oz shredded cheddar
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 eggs
Fresh herbs, optional
Few tomato slices, optional
Instructions:
Pancakes
1. In a bowl, whisk together egg, cottage cheese and psyllium husk powder.
