CREAM CHEESE STUFFED PEPPERS😋

3-4 halved bell peppers

1 lb ground beef

1 block cream cheese

1 can Rotel

1 T garlic powder

Chopped onion

 

Brown beef and saute onion in a pan.

Add seasonings.

Add cream cheese and when softened add can of Rotel.

Add mixture to halved peppers.

Pop in the oven to 350 for 25 minutes.

Optional – pop peppers in the oven for approx 5 min before adding the mixture to soften
