  • 4 tbsp butter, unsalted and melted
  • 1 tbsp garlic, freshly minced
  • 2 tsp Creole Seasoning
  • ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pound fresh King Crab legs
  • 1 tbsp Parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. FIRST STEP:
  2. Preheat the oven to 375*
  3. To bake the King Crab legs, it is best to slice in half so that the meat is showing
  4. Place the crab legs in a baking dish
  5. SECOND STEP:
  6. Add the melted butter, garlic and Creole seasoning mix to a small bowl and mix well
  7. Using a pastry brush, brush the butter on each of the crab legs and exposed meat. Save remaining butter sauce for serving
  8. Place into the oven and bake for 5 minutes, or until the temperature reaches 145*
  9. THIRD STEP:
  10. Sprinkle with Parsley and serve with any remaining butter sauce
  11. Slice a lemon and place on the plate next to the crab legs to squeeze the juice over the seafood.
