Instructions:

In a large bowl, sift together almond flour, baking powder, keto-friendly sweetener, and salt.

Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the unsweetened almond milk, melted butter (or alternative), and the egg. Mix until the batter is smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with oil or butter.

Pour or scoop the pancake batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, and the edges are dry, which should take about 2-3 minutes.

Flip the pancakes and cook until they are browned on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
