Low Carb Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons granulated sugar substitute

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Instructions:

 

Place all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.

Beat with a electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes and serve.

Garnish with sugar free chocolate chips, whip cream (optional)

I used a piping bag to place into the dessert cups to make it look decorative.

Makes 4 servings
