Low-Carb Chicken Bacon Ranch Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 16 ounces full fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch mix
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- Handful of parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 low-carb tortillas
Directions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the ranch mix and beat until well combined.
- Stir in the chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread about 1/3 cup of the cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least an hour or up to overnight.
- When ready to serve, unwrap the tortillas and slice into 1-2 inch rounds. Arrange on a platter and enjoy!
