Calories: 189 kcal⁠
Egg white: 12.8 g⁠
Fat: 13.9 g⁠
Carbohydrates: 2.5g⁠

➡️ Ingredients:⁠

300 g – cottage cheese (20-40% fat content)⁠
4 eggs size M⁠
15g – Flaxseed Meal⁠
25 g – psyllium husk flour or psyllium husk⁠
40 g – ground almonds⁠
10 g – coconut flour⁠
10 g – Sunflower seeds⁠
1 tsp baking soda or cream of tartar⁠
pinch of salt⁠
Topping: sesame, chia seeds, or sunflower and pumpkin seeds⁠

Knead the dough together. Mix the quark & ​​all other ingredients in a mixing bowl to form a dough. Don’t knead so much, it shouldn’t become too firm. Mix well. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper & form about six medium-sized buns with moistened hands. Since these will still rise, enough distance. Now sprinkle the shaped rolls with sunflower, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, sesame etc & put in the oven, 30-40 minutes! ⁠
