➡️ Nutritional values per roll:
Calories: 189 kcal
Egg white: 12.8 g
Fat: 13.9 g
Carbohydrates: 2.5g
➡️ Ingredients:
300 g – cottage cheese (20-40% fat content)
4 eggs size M
15g – Flaxseed Meal
25 g – psyllium husk flour or psyllium husk
40 g – ground almonds
10 g – coconut flour
10 g – Sunflower seeds
1 tsp baking soda or cream of tartar
pinch of salt
Topping: sesame, chia seeds, or sunflower and pumpkin seeds
➡️ Preparation:
Knead the dough together. Mix the quark & all other ingredients in a mixing bowl to form a dough. Don’t knead so much, it shouldn’t become too firm. Mix well. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper & form about six medium-sized buns with moistened hands. Since these will still rise, enough distance. Now sprinkle the shaped rolls with sunflower, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, sesame etc & put in the oven, 30-40 minutes!
Of course, you can top the rolls with all sorts of ingredients.
