  • 2 large yellow bell peppers
  • 8 oz shredded steak (cooked and seasoned to your preference)
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


    1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while you prepare the stuffed peppers.
    2. Prepare the Yellow Peppers:
      • Carefully cut the tops off the yellow peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Rinse the inside of the peppers to clean them.
