INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 pound cooked sausage drained
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 14 large jalapeños sliced and seeded
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine the cooked, drained sausage with the cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.

Place the jalapeño halves, sliced side up, on a baking dish. Place a generous spoonful of the sausage mixture into each jalapeño.

Bake 15-20 minutes or until the peppers are tender.
