Puffs of Keto Cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup Cheddar Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella Shredded
  • ONE egg
  • 1/4 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll the dough into equal portions and shape it into balls.
  4. Bake the balls for 10-12 minutes on the prepared baking sheet.
