KETO Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf

Ingredients required for Keto Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf Recipe:

4 slices of provolone

1 lb. ground pork

1 lb. ground beef

½ cup almond flour

1 large egg

2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

4 oz. cream cheese, cubed, ½ each

½ large onion diced

1 green bell pepper diced

One tbsp. coconut oil

1 tbsp. salt

How to prepare Keto Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf Recipe:

1 tbsp. pepper

1     Firstly we have meat at room temperature for around 30 minutes.

2    Then dice the onion and pepper.

Take a medium pan and heat oil in it.

4    Then add diced onion and pepper it and stir well till well combined.

5    Take a large bowl and add meats, almond flour, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper and stir well till well combined.

6    Divide the meat mixture into thirds.

7    Take one portion and fill into the bottom of the loaf pan and press it carefully.

Then spread onions and pepper onto the top first layer of meat and add half of the cream cheese.

9    Then take the second third of the meat and flatten out the layer and place it on top of step 5.

10    Top the last third of the flattened meat with half of the onions, pepper and cream cheese.

11   Cover and bake it at 375ºF for 40 minutes.

2   Remove, cover, and place the slices of provolone on top and continue to bake 10 minutes more.

13    Let it cool down before serving.
