KETO PEPPER JACK CHEESE WRAP WITH TURKEY

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of pepper jack cheese
  • Mayo
  • Hot sauce (optional)
  • Mustard (Dijon or your choice)
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced peppered turkey breast

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Cheese Wraps:
    • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the 4 slices of pepper jack cheese with a little space between them. You can shape them into circles or squares depending on your preference.
  3. Bake the Cheese Wraps:
    • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese slices have melted and formed a firm, crispy texture. Keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.
  4. Remove and Shape:
    • Carefully remove the cheese wraps from the oven and allow them to cool for a minute. They will become firm as they cool.
  5. Assemble the Wrap:
    • Take one of the cheese wraps and place it on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of mayo over the cheese wrap.
    • If you like some heat, drizzle a few drops of hot sauce over the mayo.
    • Add a drizzle of mustard for extra flavor.
    • Lay a handful of shredded lettuce evenly over the mayo and mustard.
    • Place slices of peppered turkey breast on top of the lettuce.
  6. Roll the Wrap:
    • Carefully lift one edge of the cheese wrap and fold it over the ingredients. Continue to roll it tightly, like you would with a burrito or wrap.
  7. Slice and Serve:
