Ingredients

Almond Flour – 1 cup

Protein Powder – 1 scoop

Baking Powder – 1 tsp

Chia Seeds – 1 tbsp/3 tsp

Sweetner of Choice – to taste (we used 1 tbsp / 3 tsp of Swerve)

Coconut Oil – 1 tbsp

Nut Butter – 1/4 cup

Water – 1/4 cup
Method of Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 400F (200C).

In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp/3 tsp of Chia seeds and water and set aside to form a jelly

In a bowl, add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, sweetener of choice and mix well
-
Add the coconut oil, nut butter, chia mixture and mix well to form a dough

Using a scoop, scoop out 1 tbsp of each cookie on a sheet

Bake at 400F for 15 minutes
