Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Breakfast Cookies | Vegan Keto | Fat Bomb

Serving Size – 1 cookie

Recipe yields – 15 cookies

Ingredients

  1. Almond Flour – 1 cup

  2. Protein Powder – 1 scoop

  3. Baking Powder – 1 tsp

  4. Chia Seeds – 1 tbsp/3 tsp

  5. Sweetner of Choice – to taste (we used 1 tbsp / 3 tsp of Swerve)

  6. Coconut Oil – 1 tbsp

  7. Nut Butter – 1/4 cup

  8. Water – 1/4 cup

Method of Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400F (200C).

  2. In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp/3 tsp of Chia seeds and water and set aside to form a jelly

  3. In a bowl, add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, sweetener of choice and mix well

  4. Add the coconut oil, nut butter, chia mixture and mix well to form a dough

  5. Using a scoop, scoop out 1 tbsp of each cookie on a sheet

  6. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes

  7. Cool and enjoy
