Keto Breadless Mini Burgers

1 lb ground beef
8 to 10 oz of cheese (I used mozzarella and cheddar)
Diced Pickles (1/2 to 1 cup)
Bacon (6 slices)
Garlic (optional)
Onion (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix salt/pepper, garlic and onion (optional) with ground beef
Mix cheese, pickles and bacon
Put ground beef mixture in baking dish (making a well) and add cheese mixture to the center of each one.
This is great for after school snacks or holiday parties.
