Keto avocado air fryer, Throw some avocado halves in your air fryer this weekend! These crispy avocado fries are coated in a low carb keto-friendly breading. They can be baked in the oven or cooked in an air fryer. They make a great side dish or snack!

Ingridient for Keto avocado air fryer

  • 2 avocados peeled, pitted and halved lengthwise
  • 3/4 cup seasoned panko bread crumbs OR for keto/low carb use crushed pork rinds
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil spray

INSTRUCTION:

1)- Place breadcrumbs/pork rind crumbs on a plate, press avocado halves into crumbs and coat on all sides.
2)- Lightly spray with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
3)- Place avocados in air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 7 min.

Devour!

panko crumbs are not low carb, however if you’re drinking NAT and just using a light amount for crisp- I say go for it
