Home-made Keto Pizza
2.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp xantham gum

-preheat oven to 350
-microwave the mozzarella for 1 minute. Stir.
-add almond flour, xanthan gum, and baking powder and combine as best you can.
-add 2 eggs and mix until all blended.
-microwave for 30 seconds. It should get more fluffy. Stir again.
-Roll out or flatten with hands into the crust shape you want.
-Poke holes in the crust with a fork. Cook for 12-13 minutes at 350.
-Brush the crust with butter and top with a garlic salt seasoning. Add sauce and toppings and broil until melted on low.
NOTE** these measurements make 2 pizzas or one large pizza.
