Crispy Low-Carb & Keto Hazelnut Chocolate Slices

100 g ground almonds65 g butter

50 g erythritol

For the filling

50 g sugar-free dark chocolate drops

50 g hazelnut butter

25 g chopped hazelnut

Preparation

Step 1

For the waffle dough

Mix the soft butter with the erythritol.

Then fold in the ground almonds so that a homogeneous dough is formed.

Place baking paper on a baking tray and roll out the dough thinly (about 0.5 cm). TIP: If the dough sticks to the rolling pin, cover the dough with another sheet of baking paper or cling film.

Bake the waffle dough for about 10 minutes at 175 °C convection until the edges are golden brown.

Finally, fold in the chopped hazelnuts.Spread half of the waffles with the chocolate nut cream and put one waffle on top.Let the waffle slices set in the fridge.
