Chicken TAQUITOS! 🌮🔥

These are ALWAYS A HUGE HIT with the KIDDOS! So simple so amazing!!! 🙌🙌
All you need is-
-Chicken Breast
-Green Chilies
-Can of Rotel
-Favorite seasonings
-Low Carb Tortillas
-Shredded Cheddar cheese
Cook Chicken Breast in crockpot 2 to 4 hours on high. Add Favorite seasonings-then add in Rotel and green chilies after the chicken is shredded! Place chicken mixture in the middle of your low-carb tortilla. Sprinkle some shredded cheese roll them up tightly! Place on a greased cast-iron griddle or skillet. Med HEAT-Continue to turn every few minutes until golden brown on all sides!
We dipped in sour cream and hot sauce! Enjoy! 😋
