• 2 cups almond flour

  1. Preheat the Oven:

    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil and eggs until well combined.

  6. Bake:
    • Bake the crackers in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Keep an eye on them as almond flour can brown quickly. If you prefer extra crispy crackers, you can bake them for up to 20 minutes, but be careful not to burn them.
  7. Cool and Serve:
    • Once baked to your desired level of crispiness, remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
    • Once cooled, transfer the crackers to a wire rack to cool completely.
