Keto Blueberry Gouda Grilled Cheese Bliss!
This Blueberry Gouda Grilled Cheese is about to take your sandwich game to a whole new level! Let’s get grilling!
Ingredients:
4 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough or artisan works great!)
1 cup fresh blueberries
8 slices of Gouda cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions:
Prep the Bread: Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. If you like a little extra sweetness, drizzle a touch of honey on the unbuttered side.
Assemble the Sandwich: On the unbuttered side of two bread slices, place 2 slices of Gouda cheese, followed by a generous layer of blueberries, then 2 more slices of
Gouda. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
Grill Time: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side. Flip carefully to avoid losing any blueberries!
Serve:
Remove from the skillet, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm. Enjoy the melty, fruity, cheesy goodness!
