Low Carb 90 Second Bread

Free Keto Meal Plan: KETO DIET PLAN FOR BEGINNERS STEP BY STEP GUIDE

Recipe
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
6 tbsp fine almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Monkfruit Erythritol sugar or any low carb sugar substitute
2 large eggs, room temperature
Procedure
1. Melt butter in a 4-5 inch round or square microwavable container. I used my microwave-safe soup bowl for this.
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients, put the eggs last. Mix until well combined.
3. Microwave Method – (do not cover your container) for 90 seconds. It’s ready when it’s firm and springs back when you press it.
Oven Method – use oven safe 4-5 inch container. Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 15 minutes, until it’s firm.
4. When done, run a thin metal spatula or butter knife along the edges then flip onto a plate to release.
5. Optional step, but this is what I always do: Cut it in half, then toast it or pan fry it w/ butter.
