2 bags of riced cauliflower
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Pink salt
Pepper
Chedder cheese
Bacon bits
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook, drain and pat dry cauliflower rice
Mix in 1 egg and 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese and butter
Bake at 350 x 25 mins
Add cheese and bacon bits
Bake x 5 more mins
Let sit and cool, add sour cream for additional healthy fats and ENJOY!
