- 1 8oz block of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
For garnish:
- Unsweetened whipped cream
- Dark chocolate shavings (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:

- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

- Smooth the tops of the cheesecake bites with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Place the cheesecake bites in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Once chilled, garnish with a dollop of unsweetened whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings, if desired.
