2 ripe avocados
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper, to taste


Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out a bit of flesh from each avocado half to create a larger cavity for the stuffing.
In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, halved mozzarella balls, and chopped fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon the caprese mixture into the avocado halves, dividing it evenly among them.
Drizzle the stuffed avocados with balsamic glaze for added flavor and presentation.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
