  • Sugar-Free powdered monkfruit sweetener, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Sugar-Free yellow cake mix, Sugar-Free lemon Greek yogurt, Sprite Zero (or 7-Up Zero), and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and the batter is smooth.

Believe it or not it is just 1 pp on weight watchers for me (serves 12) Honestly whether or not you follow WEIGHT watchers you will LOVE THIS CAKE!

  • Glaze
  • SF powdered monkfruit sweetener just to taste
  • 1 T water
  • 1 T lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 350° for 45 minutes. I just used the single serving size yogurt.
  2. cut it into 12 but they were pretty big pieces
