Creamy Broccoli Bacon Chicken


  • 3 Chicken breasts
  • 6 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 5-6 slices of Bacon cooked drained and chopped
  • 1 cup of mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves of Garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Chop chicken breast into chunks and sauté in an oven safe pan with avocado oil until slightly browned then remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan cook the broccoli and garlic and stir until tender
  4. Add the heavy cream, cheese, cooked bacon, and cooked chicken back to pan then place in the oven until bubbly. Approximately 10-15 minutes.
