2lbs cooked cubes chicken
8-10 slices of cooked bacon- chopped
2 Tbsp garlic minced
1/2 c sour cream
2 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning Mix
1 cup Mozzarella shredded cheese (divided)
1 cup Cheddar shredded cheese (divided)
1 small bad of broccoli/ cauliflower (ready to eat) – steamed in bag for 3 min
Preheat oven to 375F
Combine chicken, bacon (leave some for topping), steamed vegetables, sour cream, seasoning and half of both cheeses.
Blend well, and transfer to baking dish (I used 9 x9)
Top with remaining cheese, bacon and sprinkle more Ranch Seasoning if desired
Bake 15 min
I don’t count carbs so I don’t have counts other than it’s darned tasty!
