WW Pepperoni Pizza Bites (Homemade Dough Version)
Ingredients
For the Dough:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon active dry yeast

¾ cup warm water

1 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon salt
For the Toppings:

½ cup pizza sauce (preferably low-sugar)

1 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup turkey pepperoni slices

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Activate the Yeast:
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes, or until foamy. -
Make the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms. -
Knead and Rise:
Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until smooth. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours, or until doubled in size. -
Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Roll and Cut:
Roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thickness. Use a round cookie cutter or glass to cut out small circles. -
Add Toppings:
Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce on each dough round. Top with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and one turkey pepperoni slice. -
Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. -
Garnish & Serve:
Optional: Add fresh basil for a flavor and color boost. Let cool slightly before serving.
