🍪 My Favorite Chocolate Nutella Cookies (Only 4 WW Points!)
Hello everyone!
Today, I’m so excited to share my absolute favorite cookies—rich, chocolatey Nutella cookies with a delicious crunch from chopped nuts. 😍 These beauties are soft in the middle, a little crisp on the outside, and they hit every sweet craving you can imagine.
The best part? Each cookie is just 4 WW points, and they’re super easy to make! I tweaked the original recipe to make them a bit lighter—reduced the Nutella slightly and added chopped nuts for extra texture and nutrition. And honestly? I think I made them even better. 😉
📝 Why You’ll Love These Cookies:
-
Just 4 WW points per cookie!
-
Easy, minimal ingredients
-
Made with real Nutella (yes, please!)
-
Crunchy nut topping adds protein and texture
-
Great for snacking or sharing (if you’re feeling generous…)
🍫 Ingredients:
-
1 cup all-purpose flour
-
½ tsp baking powder
-
⅛ tsp salt
-
¾ cup Nutella (I used slightly less than the original recipe)
-
1 large egg
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 tbsp chopped mixed nuts (I used almonds and hazelnuts)
👩🍳 How to Make Them:
-
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
-
In another bowl, mix Nutella, egg, and vanilla until smooth and combined.
-
Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until a thick dough forms.
-
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet. Slightly flatten each one and press a few chopped nuts into the center.
-
Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
-
Let cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
💡 Tips:
-
These cookies freeze well! Make a batch, cool them completely, and store in a freezer-safe bag.
-
Swap Nutella for a low-sugar hazelnut spread if you’re watching your sugar intake.
-
Want a more indulgent version? Stuff a little Nutella in the center before baking 😋
