Satisfy your chocolate cravings without breaking the points bank with this rich yet airy Chocolate Brownie Cool Whip dessert. Designed for those following the Weight Watchers program, this decadent treat combines the fudgy goodness of brownies with the cloud-like texture of fat-free Cool Whip. Whether you’re craving something sweet post-dinner or prepping a guilt-free dessert for guests, this recipe hits the spot—without compromising your goals.

🧁 Ingredients:

  • 8 oz fat-free Cool Whip (14 points total)

  • 1 Fiber One 70-calorie chocolate fudge brownie (2 points)

  • ½ packet sugar-free, fat-free Jello chocolate instant pudding mix (2 points)

🥄 Instructions:

1️⃣ Thaw the Cool Whip

Let the Cool Whip sit out until fully thawed for easy mixing.

2️⃣ Mix in the Chocolate

Add ½ packet of chocolate Jello instant pudding mix into the Cool Whip. Stir until well combined. It will become rich, creamy, and chocolaty—like a whipped mousse.

3️⃣ Crumble the Brownie

Break apart your Fiber One brownie, and stir most of it into the Cool Whip mixture. Save a small amount for topping.

4️⃣ Assemble & Chill

Spoon into dessert cups or bowls. Crumble the remaining brownie over the top for that extra fudgy touch.
Optional: Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving for best texture and flavor.

🍫 Serving & Points:

  • 4 tbsp = 1 WW point

  • 6 tbsp = 2 WW points

  • ½ cup = 3 WW points

(Based on 25 servings per Cool Whip container. Be sure to recalculate if using a different whipped topping.)

💡 Tips & Variations:

  • Swap Fiber One brownie for a homemade sugar-free brownie to cut points even more.

  • Add a dash of espresso powder to intensify the chocolate flavor.

  • Top with a few sugar-free chocolate chips or a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa powder for flair.
