Air Fryer Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup carrot slices
- 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
- 1/4 cup baby corn (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prep the Veggies: Wash and dry all vegetables. Cut them into bite-sized pieces if needed.
- Season: In a large bowl, toss the veggies with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes. Place the veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook: Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve: Check for doneness and serve immediately as a healthy side dish or snack.
