- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 slices pepperoni (or your favorite toppings)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Parmesan (optional)
🥄 Instructions
✅ 1. Make the Dough
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- Stir in milk and olive oil until a soft dough forms.
✅ 2. Shape and Assemble
- Roll out the dough and cut it into circles (about 2.5 inches).
- Press the dough circles into a greased muffin tin or silicone cups.
- Add a spoonful of pizza sauce into each cup.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
- Add 1–2 pepperoni slices to each muffin.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning (and Parmesan if using).

- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place muffin cups in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Let them cool for a minute.
