These air fryer lemon pepper chicken thighs are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with zesty, herby flavor. It’s a perfect low-carb, high-protein meal that’s fast, flavorful.

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper

  • ¾ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (or parsley)

  • Lemon wedges & fresh parsley (for garnish)

🛠️ Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.

  2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, zest, and all spices in a small bowl.

  3. Toss chicken thighs in the marinade until well coated. Let sit for 10–15 mins if you have time.
