🍗 Greek Chicken Alfredo with Spicy Garlic Potatoes (Air Fryer Recipe)
📝 Ingredients
For the Greek Chicken:

2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

For the Spicy Garlic Potatoes:

3 medium potatoes (cut into small cubes or wedges)

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp chili flakes (adjust to heat preference)

Salt & pepper to taste

For the Alfredo Sauce:

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 cup heavy cream
-
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: pinch of nutmeg
🔧 Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, thyme, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Coat chicken breasts well and marinate for at least 20–30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
2. Prep the Potatoes

Toss the cubed potatoes in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
3. Air Fry the Chicken and Potatoes

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Place marinated chicken breasts in one side of the air fryer basket.

Add seasoned potatoes to the other side (or cook in batches if needed).

Air fry for 18–20 minutes, flipping chicken and shaking potatoes halfway through. Chicken should reach an internal temp of 165°F (74°C).
4. Make the Alfredo Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Stir in cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
