  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Alfredo Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: pinch of nutmeg

🔧 Instructions

1. Marinate the Chicken

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, thyme, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

  • Coat chicken breasts well and marinate for at least 20–30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).

2. Prep the Potatoes

  • Toss the cubed potatoes in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

3. Air Fry the Chicken and Potatoes

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Place marinated chicken breasts in one side of the air fryer basket.

  • Add seasoned potatoes to the other side (or cook in batches if needed).

  • Air fry for 18–20 minutes, flipping chicken and shaking potatoes halfway through. Chicken should reach an internal temp of 165°F (74°C).

4. Make the Alfredo Sauce

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  • Stir in cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  • Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg if using.

5. Assemble & Serve

  • Slice the cooked Greek chicken.

  • Serve over pasta or as-is with the Alfredo sauce drizzled on top.

  • Add the spicy garlic potatoes on the side.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan if desired.

🔥 Tips

  • Use skin-on thighs for juicier chicken if preferred.

  • For a low-carb option, replace pasta with zoodles or cauliflower rice.

  • Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the Alfredo sauce for extra flavor.
