A Guilt-Free Treat with Big Flavor 🍪

Perfect for meal prep, afternoon pick-me-ups, or even breakfast on the go—yes, cookies for breakfast—you’re going to love how quick and satisfying these are!

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

💡 To keep these at 0 points, skip the mini chocolate chips or use a WW-approved portion that fits within your personal plan.

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

🔥 Step 1: Preheat Your Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with cooking spray.

🥣 Step 2: Mix the Dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, oats, coconut, cocoa powder, almond milk, chopped almonds, optional chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is well incorporated and the mixture starts to hold together.

🍪 Step 3: Form the Cookies

Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, portion the dough and place on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each one. Gently flatten each scoop into a round cookie shape using the back of your spoon or clean fingers.

⏱️ Step 4: Bake to Perfection

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly firm to the touch. They won’t spread much, so shaping beforehand is key.

❄️ Step 5: Cool and Store

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Once cooled, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3–4 days—if they last that long!

🍫 A Note on Points:

These cookies are designed to be 0 points on the Weight Watchers plan (without chocolate chips and depending on your personal ZeroPoint food list). The banana, oats, coconut, almond milk, and almonds are all point-free on many plans—making this a go-to treat that fits your goals and satisfies your cravings.
